Please read ABOUT section!! CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment, if necessary, at LEAST 24 hrs prior to your scheduled time. Failure to cancel before 24 hrs will result in a fee of 75% of the cost of the scheduled service/s. NO CALL NO-SHOW POLICY: No call no shows will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. If the fee isn’t paid client must pay the 100% fee before being able to rebook. LATE POLICY: NAILS ~ There is a 10 minute grace period and any later may result in a service change or cut down (meaning if you planned to get detailed nail art and we don’t have enough time since being late then we don’t have enough time and you would have to get something more simple). If you are 20+ minutes late your appointment will be considered a no-show and would be charged a NO-SHOW FEE, as we would not have enough time to complete the nail service. FACIAL/WAXING ~ There is a 10 minute grace period and any later would result in a NO-SHOW FEE. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
